George Martz
George studied art in Philadelphia, Italy and New York, receiving his B.A. from University of Delaware. George retired after teaching art for 27 years at Tower Hill School. He continued to volunteer as an instructor of an art class at the Country House in Greenville, Delaware that he started in 1994.

George died quietly at home on February 4th, 2021 after a long, courageous battle with the complications of Parkinson's Disease.
He will be sorely missed by the art community.
